“I couldn't be happier with the responsiveness and service. Heat went out early yesterday on one of the coldest days of the year. One Hour said they could have someone out the same day. Although they missed the quoted timeline by a few hours, the office communicated with me and the Tech called when on his way to assure me they were still coming. Techs were very professional and respectful of property and were able to resolve the issue while on site. At wrap up I was surprised to be told there would be no fee for the visit per their promise..
