The care they took in doing the job right and also in caring for my home in the little things like cleaning up as they left the house made a huge impression on me. Their professionalism, expertise in answering my questions, and efficiency in completing the installation in a timely manner all stand out as points of excellence. They are all great representatives for this company and its values. Shout out to Aaron for saving the day on a last minute issue - his willingness to work late and fix my issue was a life-saver!"

He knew what the problem was right off the bat, fixed it quickly and then did a thorough examination of our entire system to make sure everything was addressed. The price was very fair. "Absolutely amazing service and Brandon is the hardest working professional I have ever met. He went above and beyond to make sure our units were working correctly. He not only figured out an underlying issue but took the time to dig deeper and return the next day to reconfigure everything and fix it for the long haul. I highly recommend and will use them again (hopefully not too soon lol)."

"We noticed our house wasn’t cooling late Saturday night, nearly 6:00 pm. We googles and discovered that One Hour was available 24 hours, 7 days a week! I called and set up an appointment for Sunday between 8-12 am. I got a call from my technician, Aaron, when he was en route and he arrived right at 9:00. He was gracious enough to walk me through the process and explain everything while answering mine and my husbands questions. From his expertise and professional attitude, we decided to cancel our current membership with another heating and cooling company and transfer it to One Hour. If you’re looking for professionals in heating and air conditioning, I highly recommend One Hour- ask for Aaron Anderson. You won’t be disappointed."

"One Hour AC & Heating came out quickly, diagnosed our problem, and spoke honestly about our options. James was professional and did a great job. We had a new a/c installed early the next morning. Their prices were very reasonable and the service was EXCELLENT! 10/10 would recommend!!"
