“Got to our second home day before Easter and discovered our AC didn’t work and we were hosting the next day. Called multiple companies but only one responded. Chris Lucky drove 2 hours and arrived at our condo at 8:45 PM and fixed it. But that’s not the best part of the experience. The best part was Chris, I would have walked away from the experience happy even if he couldn’t fix it. Chris was professional and engaging and made the process awesome.
