“We have 3 heating/cooling zones in our 2300 sf home. We were having some temperature discrepancies and frankly, we weren't sure what areas were covered by each thermostat. We called One Hour Heating and cooling. Jordan came out and evaluated our AC unit and our furnace. He found a couple of issues and explained each zone covered by each thermostat. He was fantastic. Jordan educated us on how our system works. I use the word educated because he explained everything very well was not pushy and was very polite, personable and professional. We had him do the work he recommended at a very reasonable cost. We will definitely be using one hour heating and cooling for our future needs.”

“We called Mitchell's for an estimate and ended up with 4 wall air conditioning/heating units and a tankless water heater. They were out to install everything the following Monday. Everyone from the scheduler to the install crew were professional . Our house was kept clean and the outside was kept clean. I would highly recommend Mitchell's One Hour.”

“We had an AC unit installed middle of August 2024. It stopped working due to a bad weld when installed. Robert Fitzgerald came and found the leak pretty quickly and had it all patched up quickly. It was too cold to finish the repair job due to a pressure issue he said, but will come out to finish the repair when it's warmer again. So far a good experience with this issue on a new install from Dunn 1 hour and Robert. I expect a hassle free finish to the repair job come spring because they seem to stand behind their work. I'll update after the repair is finished.”

“We recently had Efrain Jr as our technician who came out to our home. He called ahead of time to let us know approximate time he would arrive. He arrived when expected. Efrain Jr was courteous and professional and honest. He put on shoe covers before entering our home. Our call was for a spring tune up/maintenance. Everything is working fine with the unit. He recommended or suggested some items but there was no pressure from him. He gave us a choice. An example he suggested a hard start kit for $401.00. There were two other suggestions of $1500.00 each. A bit pricey for us. We declined.”

“I went through 4 other HVAC companies, knowing they will charge me for random things not needed to repair my air handler. All quotes came in the $1000s for a simple freeze over and leak. John Perkins was able to accurately diagnose and all systems were completely fine. I didn’t feel taken advantage of I’m glad I called this company definitely recommend them.”
