"It's never a good time for heat or AC to go out. With this freeze we are having it is the worse time for my heater to go out. I called River City's One Hour AC and Heating. The lady that answered the phone, was very kind and helpful. She told me someone would contact me shortly to schedule am appointment. They kept me informed as to when someone would be able to come out to repair my heater. (due to road conditions) Cole came as soon as roads were safe to drive on.
