"My AC went out last night. When I returned home from work I started pulling up AC services as I was sweating profusely. I called River City One Hour Air Conditioning. The company notified me that Britt, my service tech was on his way. I was very pleased with his service. Britt, very knowledgeable, introduced himself to me and I felt very comfortable. The service was excellent and very affordable. Thank you Britt, you are awesome, so kind and I will make sure that I call again if I should need services to my unit.You are the best!"

"Our Technician Gavin was very professional, and very passionate about his work. He came out and got us running the same night we called . Which was great! The next day we had a little concern and he came right back out and fixed it for us. Anytime we have any questions or concerns Gavin is our Guy ! "Both times they came out to fix our AC the gentlemen were very professional and did a great job. Evan had to leave due to him not having the part on hand, but was willing to drive the 2 hours to get to the shop and back so we would have AC that same day. I've been very pleased with the service provided with this company and their employees."
