Will I be able to change my thermostat settings during a cycling event?

A cycling event involves a radio signal that is sent to your programmable thermostat in an effort to save energy and cut down on your electricity bill costs. Most residential homes use one of three different thermostat systems: low-voltage, high-voltage, and Millivolt systems. A Millivolt system generally involves wall heaters or floor heaters.
