"Alan did a great job for us,he's very knowledgeable. He is an expert at HVAC repair and very thorough. He fully tested our system to be sure that the system was truly leaking refrigerant. He he used nitrogen to pressurize the system and when we saw that pressure was falling rapidly we knew there was a big leak in the coil. The bad news was we can't get a new coil from Rheem Manufacturing until August 18th. The good news is one hour is loaning us two window units until the replacement parts are installed. That's super service. Thanks 1 hour and thanks alan! After 4 weeks, the coil came in from Rheem. Alan came back to install it. A big, 4 hour job, but Alan did spectacular, professional job. I am very confident in his expert, experienced knowledge base. He was detailed in his process, making sure all of the installarion process was done correctly. Thank you Alan for a job well done!"

"Peter was my tech. He arrived well within the appointment window. It did say the service was 24 hour on here and I’m sure they are, however, I did call late and did not get a call back until the following morning. With the temps currently, it’s understandable. Please be kind and courteous to your tech and they’ll take care of you. Cost for repair was comparable to other service providers in the area. Very professional service. Major kudos to Mr. Peter Henry."
