"Kelly did an amazing job cleaning and preventively maintaining my AC unit. The unit was super dirty. Kelly really put effort and high attention to detail to get it back looking and running like new. I'll be requesting that Kelly please be the technician to do all of our work moving forward."

"Calvin was great. Was training new guy and sharing his knowledge with new guy. I love that he is great with training and patiently teaching each detail. I think company charges too much on labor tho. My condenser was replaced under warranty for parts but labor was $1100 to do the replacement. Comparable company charges $500 to $780."

"Alan did a great job for us,he's very knowledgeable. He is an expert at HVAC repair and very thorough. He fully tested our system to be sure that the system was truly leaking refrigerant. He he used nitrogen to pressurize the system and when we saw that pressure was falling rapidly we knew there was a big leak in the coil. The bad news was we can't get a new coil from Rheem Manufacturing until August 18th. The good news is one hour is loaning us two window units until the replacement parts are installed. That's super service. Thanks 1 hour and thanks alan! After 4 weeks, the coil came in from Rheem. Alan came back to install it. A big, 4 hour job, but Alan did spectacular, professional job. I am very confident in his expert, experienced knowledge base. He was detailed in his process, making sure all of the installarion process was done correctly. Thank you Alan for a job well done!"

"Fantastic service I Run a large store and our oil heater. The other Spencer(tech) came out a diagnosed the concern right away pricing was fair and true to there word handled everyone. We as a business will not deal with anyone else from now on! Great team they should be proud"
