I have engaged with 3 other companies before being referred to One Hour Heating by a friend, and this by far has been the best interaction. "During nearly freezing temperatures and an arctic blast on its way, my heat stopped working. Needed emergency repairs immediately. Other places couldn’t arrive until the next day. Then came Jeremy B from One Hour. Due to come at 9pm (called after six) but came at 7, he triaged the issue and said he needed a part to actually fix the problem. However, he took time to figure out a temporary fix to last as long as it could. It worked. Two day later he came back and spent over an hour repairing the unit in very cold weather. One day before warnings extreme cold expected my problems were solved. Jeremy was extremely professional, considerate (wore shoe coverings without asking-yes a big deal to me lol). He was polite, kind and knowledgeable. I understand why this place was highly rated. Definitely recommend."
