I have engaged with 3 other companies before being referred to One Hour Heating by a friend, and this by far has been the best interaction. He knew exactly what the problem was, fixed a mistake the last company left, and recommended immediately what needed to happen moving forward. I jumped at the ask of being a member. Thank you"

"Lane and team did such a great job in a timely manner. They explained the new system/ thermostat fully and were super cautious about not letting the cats escape as they went in and out to the crawl space. The entire communication process with One hour was flawless - which was so appreciated, because the old furnace gave out over the Christmas holiday ."

"Waiting on install. Respectful and polite. Will update this review when install has been complete next week. Update: February 04th , 2025 Install completed by Nick and Lane. They did a fantastic job! They were on time. Clean install with no mess left behind. They did various system tests to verify our new system works. The fixed our air flow problem as well. Thank you!"
