"Amazing as ALWAYS! Alex the scheduler had an option for an early arrival for my annual winter service. It was great to be on the schedule for the day as the temperatures are expected to drop to 30 degrees tonight. Jake was the technician. That was sent over and can I tell you he’s the ultimate professional and high knowledge of AC/Heating. I’m 💯% happy that my AC/Hearing Provider is One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning"

"Exceptional service. After having a very poor experience with our routine company, we had a friend refer One hour to us- and it has been hands down the BEST customer service experience for us. Being without A/C for 8 days in August heat had us miserable. But Steve and Jeremy made it right when 7 other companies said they could do nothing. Will be leaving our current company for them immediately."
