“I recently had to replace HVAC and furnace. Scotty has been my go to person for many years. Always polite and cheerful. He informed me it was time to get the units replaced. I had been dragging my feet for a while. I took the plunge and had both units replaced. The two guys (Nick was one. Unfortunately I did not get the other person's name.) They arrived about 10:00 AM and never stopped until after 5:00PM. Did not take any breaks, just kept their heads down and worked hard. Very cordial and happy folks. Explained everything they were doing. Thank you.”

He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC unit, and explained everything clearly before beginning the repair. What really stood out was how respectful he was of our home—he wore shoe covers, cleaned up after the job, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving.
