Dillon Sorensen was friendly, professional, thorough and went above and beyond to help me and to explain everything in a way I could understand. He also outlined choices and alternatives explaining pros and cons. Francesco, the technician, also went above and beyond to sort out what was wrong with my heating/cooling system and give me a good idea of the condition of the system and its function and what was probably needed both temporarily and long term and probable outcome depending on my decisions. I was very favorably impressed with both of the! and would highly recommend your company. Btw, Congratulations on your Founders Day Anniversary! Kirby installed our a/c unit and did a great job, being professional and friendly. He made sure to explain to me how to use the system and encouraged me to call them right away if I had any questions. He and his team worked within the time frame promised and were clean and careful. “My A/C went out on Friday afternoon by Saturday morning Karis and Matthew showed up they were on-time and very professional, they found the problem very fast and informed me of my options. By Sunday morning I had a new A/C unit installed by KT and Jimmy, both were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable if I could I would give the entire team 10 stars. Thanks to everyone involved from start to finish very satisfied with the end result!”
