“Jose and Keo were just great. They arrived on time and were very polite. They found the problem, but were unable to fix it, as it needs to be replaced. However they set up an appt for another guy who will review our situation and options with us. So far, my overall impression is very positive. Today we met with Sully to arrange the purchase and installation of a new HVAC unit. He also was very courteous and helpful. While it wasn't great that I need to purchase a new unit, he made the experience as painless as possible. So far, my experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning has been terrific!”

“I can’t say enough good things about this company. My son and his wife were at our place in Selbyville. They have a two year old. Our air conditioner wasn’t working and it was supposed to be over 100 this weekend. I called the office at 6am and I’m sure it was a service that answered the phone and said they couldn’t come for several days. While I’m calling other companies I get a phone call from their office manager Melissa. She saw that my call had come in and said she wanted to help us. It is now five hours later and my air conditioner is fixed. Prices are reasonable. Matt the technician was very good. I would definitely use again and am thinking about a service contact.”

“Our technicians Kenneth Allen and Michael Dorris arrived on time. They were knowledgeable and courteous! They got what I thought was going to be a huge problem resolved in record time. I left them at my house while I went to pick up my husband from the airport. When I returned home they had finished. The issues were completely resolved and they left everything tidy! I highly recommend them to anyone that wants the job done properly!”

“Outstanding Service! I had an issue with my A/C late at night—it smelled like something electrical was burning, so I turned it off for safety. I found this company online and submitted a service request. To my surprise, I got a call as early as 6:00 AM the next morning to schedule an appointment! Bellamy the technician arrived promptly, was very professional, and took his time performing a thorough inspection. He clearly identified the issues with my unit and explained everything in detail. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with the service—highly recommended!”

“Very impressed with Tristin from One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating when he arrived today for our maintenance check on our unit. He was very friendly & professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain the maintenance process. He also took the time to recommend the UV system which will help keep our system working effectively and more efficiently. Our first contact with One Hour was with John 6 months ago who came out for a service call and ended up signing us up for the maintenance program. John also was very courteous & professional. Highly recommend this company!”

“Cam is an absolute legend! The guy is a AC savant ! It’s nice when you know you’re trusting a professional who is genuinely interested in the customer experience. I will be recommending not only 1 hour , but Cam w/ 1 hour to anyone I can . I cannot thank him enough, this is the only company I’ll use for my heating and AC . “AC went out Wednesday night & we called them close to 10:00 PM. They offered next day to arrive between 8-10 AM. Service call that early was an extra $50, which we were glad to pay since the house was at a sweltering 82 degrees with high humidity & no air circulating. We were so glad to be able to call someone so late, speak to an actual person, and then have technicians out so soon the next day. We didn't know who to call, and were hesitant to try a company we didn't know, but couldn't be happier. Jose & Keo were great. They were very professional, made the repair, and we were back to cooling!”
