“Bobby Pence was very knowledgeable about the AC unit. He gave great tips on the upkeep of the unit and things that would help with the longevity of it. He was very transparent and upfront with every question I had and didn't try to sell me things but he did recommend what should be done. There was no sales pressure at all or " oh you need a new unit right away " he took the time and effort into teaching me about everything he was doing. If I have to call One Hour again I'm going to try to request him personally and if it's not an emergency I'll wait for him to be available to come out.”

David the technician took the time to explained to me the issue. The communication was great, the price very affordable. I will definitely call them again for any future tune up's and repairs!
