“Our furnace wasn't heating the house at all. Even though we're not far from nicer weather, it still was an artic feeling temperature in the house of 58°. Not having a relationship established with a company for major home services makes emergency type situations extremely stressful and a little scary to be honest! I picked a couple different companies that did service in our area and looked at customer reviews and sent a message to 3. Northern One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning was the first to respond. The person I then received a call from was impressive with the attention given to how I was feeling matching what I was saying and responded accordingly. Erin was the technician to come and was here in in less than 2 hours. She was professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful to deal with. She was thorough and took the extra time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. Erin found the issue and had everything up and running in no time. Even with it being a pretty basic fix, she didn't cut corners and gave attention to detail which overall left me feeling comfortable and confident in my choice to use Northern One Hour. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them moving forward. I'm relieved to know I now have my "go to" for everything HVAC! You're awesome Erin and thank you again for everything!!”

“I love One Hour Heating! I had my furnace replaced by them a year ago and now I have their membership. They called me yesterday about my annual tune up for my furnace and were able to schedule an appointment for today. They are always on time and their technicians are wonderful!
