“My home A/C stopped working and I work from home, so I needed someone to come out, figure out the issue, and fix it quickly. I called and Justin arrived a couple of hours later. As I suspected, the thermostat had gone bad, and he was able to provide a new thermostat, install it and get everything up and running very quickly. “Thank you SO MUCH to One Hour Heating and Cooling & Javier who came to help us this morning! Our AC went out Saturday evening (in July!) and I called that night asking for help. Early Saturday morning they called us back and they were at our house not too long after. Our AC was back up and running shorty after! Thank you for your promptness in getting back to us and getting someone to our house ASAP. Javier was kind and helpful and got us taken care of with what we needed. He didn’t try to upsell us on a whole new system, simply replaced what was broken. We appreciate it more than you know! We are customers for life!”
