“The technician, Nick, called with a 1 hour arrival time and was very punctual. He was professional and knowledgeable, keeping us informed throughout his visit. Nick was conscientious of keeping the floors clean and had booties on each time he came into our house. He was friendly with our dogs, too. We went over the results of his tests and Nick gave several solutions to our issues. There were no pressured sales tactics used, which we really appreciated. Nick was a 10/10 technician. My dogs were sad when he left.”
