"I had One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning come out to preform our backflow test. I was told it would take 20 minutes, and it took 20 minutes. I was told to expect them between 8-10 a.m. and Chris pulled in at 8:01 after texting me that he was on his way a few minutes before. Super quick, super responsive, and super professional. I never hesitate to contact One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning (or their associated company Ben Franklin Plumbing) when I have a water related problem."

"Our AC stopped working and we were referred to One Hour by a friend. They were there and diagnosed the problem right away. We needed a whole new system. They gave us a quote that was very reasonable. This was on Friday. By Wednesday at 3:40pm, we had a new ac and furnace completely installed and working. We are incredibly happy with the work and end result."
