Northern One has a great feature where you get a text message when your tech is heading to your location, along with their picture and name so you know who is coming. They were also prompt in showing up and diagnosing the initial furnace issue and also with the installation of the new unit.”

“Called a few months ago and they sent a guy named travis.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Travis.. all he will do is Bang and hit your furnace then proceed to tell you oh well you're going to need a whole new furnace. While he's being rude as can be for no reason. Will compare his living to your living.. but he put a part on it made it work for the time being didn't put none of the panels back on or anything.. few months go by and the furnace is now blowing cold air. So we gave them another chance. They just sent a guy named Cory over and it took him 5 minutes to figure out was wrong . Ordered the part the next day and a guy named marquis came and put it on cleaned up everything . I just wanted to thank them for helping me out when Travis tried to make a dollar out of me. If they try to send you a guy named Travis just send him back where he came from.. I recommend Cory . Thank you sir”

“Joshua is a great man! He came to my house when he said he would and diagnosed and repaired my system. He didn't try and just sell me on getting a new system. He educated me on what my system is and advised me on what I'd be looking for in the future if I decided on a new system. I really appreciate that he took his time and made sure that my heat was working with the on coming cold front we got rolling in. I feel blessed to have met him, he is a great man! “They were very prompt in replying back and were willing to come out the next day after the snow and bad weather and troubleshoot my heating system that had stopped working. Noah the technician was very knowledgeable and made sure all was working appropriately before he left. Which was like 4 hrs later.

“EDIT: review changed to 4 stars because techs were sent out a couple of hours before they were originally scheduled the following day. Did not receive 5 stars because of the emergency status and not having techs on call in a high demand, essential, business during a high demand, essential, time period.
Awful. My mother and father have been comfort club members for YEARS and when they called to get a tech out for an emergency, they were told no one could come out until 5pm the next day. OVER 24 HOURS LATER.
It’s been below freezing for some time now, and having heat is an absolute NECESSITY. For this company to not even try to get someone out on call before the next evening, to let my parents, my wife and myself, and our 2 year old son freeze is an abomination.
I will never use One Hour for my own home ever again, and I will be urging my parents to switch to a company who cares enough about its membership customers to do everything they can in an emergency situation.
In case anyone needs clarity on the bad review, it’s the simple fact we are waiting over 24 hours to have someone even come out to inveistage the problem. No urgency for this company toward their customers. Below freezing temps and they expect us to just bundle up like it’s not 20 degrees outside and 40 degrees inside. Joke of a customer service company.”
