I ended up replacing my unit and after it was installed, Chris came out to check on the concerns I had about the duct work and one aspect of the installation. The office called me the same day to schedule a remediation for the installation issue. “Had a crazy morning helping out a friend with an AC service while he was out of town. Was very fortunate to get Tyler from One Hour as he went above and beyond helping me push a car with a dead battery out and in the garage so he was able to access the handlers.
