Great customer service! Had ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Kyle was thorough and careful, and even took away the few dead mice he found! While servicing the dryer vent he discovered the pipe was not connected in the wall! He took the time to repair for a reasonable extra charge, most companies would not have taken the time and left the problem in the wall. Would definitely recommend.
Top-notch installation of our 2-stage Armstrong furnace. One Hour gave us a great deal on this furnace, dropping the price by $900. Also, after install, the 2nd stage never kicked in. They were prompt on sending Doug back out yesterday and he did some tweaking and the 2nd stage now kicks in! Love the quiet furnace and even heating throughout the house. Thanks One Hour! 👍🏻

We were in need of some urgent attention with a furnace. The office answered right away and sent Doug within the hour. The confirmation and communication were top notch and reassuring. Doug arrived professionally and friendly. He was able to diagnose the issue and was very adept at what he was looking at. He explained each thing he was checking as he was doing it. Doug’s communication and professionalism and quick solution to the problem, were unmatched and we are very appreciative!
Brandon did an excellent job explaining the issues on my unit. He was very detailed and showed me pictures of the parts. He did give a quote for a new unit. At this time I will have to wait on a new unit.
