“Brand new HVAC system installed by others. Guys that installed it didn't know how it operated sent us down a bad path and the unit would do nothing but blow heat with it being 85° outside. Original installer came out spent an hour fumbling around and couldn't correct the problem. Called One Hour, they asked if we could wait till morning which we could. Asked me to take pictures of unit and controls and send that night so they could be prepared. They sent Oscar. Oscar is very personable, well spoken, and listens to the client. Numerous issues including fact that our one compressor outside was not grounded. Oscar took care of a number of issues. System is operating perfectly. Specifically told contractor wanted controls that would allow us to keep the house within a bandwidth of heat and cold and the Sensi controller did not have that function, in addition to which it was malfunctioning. Would highly recommend One Hour Heating and Air conditioning and because of that we signed up and paid for their membership. Here in Texas when you need heat or you need air conditioning you need a system that works and a company that will respond and knows what they're doing. They may not be the cheapest, but my time is worth money and the other original installer wasted a lot of my time and our house was 82° for the better part of the evening. One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is worth every dime.”
