He and Jose arrived on time and completed the installation quickly and professionally. The owner, Jeff, and technician, Kalani, were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my heating and AC maintenance and safety inspection. While they were here, I mentioned that my back tenant was having an issue with their tankless water heater even though it wasn’t part of the scheduled service, they went out of their way to take a look and fix the problem. That level of customer care really stood out. It was my first time using them, and I really appreciated how easy the scheduling process was and the automatic reminders letting me know when the technician would arrive.
