“Thank you, One Hour! David came to assess our system after it started to struggle keeping up with the super hot temperatures outside. He had to come back twice to troubleshoot and undo issues caused by a different company and each time he was super informative, patient, and thoughtful. He took time to explain the issue we were having and showed the actual data he was working off of and took time to help me understand what each of the measurements meant. “I needed a spring checkup, so I called a pro. Louis was awesome! It was raining when he got here, so he put on his shoe covers to keep my floors clean, made friends with my doggies and got to work. He took my unit apart and cleaned it all up, then went through it and made sure everything was working properly. I felt like my ac wasn’t cooling as well as it should, so he checked everything out. In no time at all he had my house chilly like it’s supposed to be. All that for a very reasonable price. Louis is super friendly and explained everything he was doing and answered every question I had. I highly recommend this company.”
