“If your AC problem is really complicated, ask One Hour Heating to send Israel Martinez to your property. The technician before him did inspection, said that the fan motor was dead, and ordered the new one. I paid them $99 for it and waited on that part for 4 extra days without AC. When Israel came he figured out of a real problem. My AC wiring between controller and AC panel was screwed, but the motor was fine. So, some of their technicians are good for drain system cleaning only and you never know who is coming.”
