“Our AC stopped working on 7/27 sometime in the evening. After trying to fix it myself that evening, as well as the following morning/afternoon, I reached out to multiple HVAC companies trying to get a same-day appointment. This was the 5th company I tried (going from the top of Google's suggestions) and they not only had a same-day appointment available, they had someone at my door within an hour of the phone call. They gave a diagnostic and enough information for me to be able to do the repair myself. They may have been fifth on Google, but they're first for me.”
