You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. “Very impressed with their customer service and A/C servicing. I intended to sign up for their service contract, but had problems before I could sign up. I called at 2:30 pm and it took 20 minutes to enroll me in the program. They scheduled an apt. for 6:00 to 8:00 pm the same day, Friday evening, and I received a text at 5:00 saying the technician was on his way. I can’t say enough good things about his manners and knowledge. He performed a routine maintenance to fix the problem & was finished by 6:45. Not feeling sad about leaving my former A/C company who wouldn’t schedule an appointment without putting a $199 service call on my credit card. High praise for this company.”

General Manager

Bruce Kamp joins the Naples team with nearly 40 years of industry experience under his belt. Bruce is originally from Rockford, Illinois; and attended Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. Through his career, Bruce discovered his passion for customer service and building strong teams.

Bruce refers to himself as a “players coach” and enjoys mentoring and teaching his team to be the best they can be. He also prioritizes the customer service experience and wants customers to know he looks forward to “providing the Naples community with reliable install, repair, and maintenance services; and continuing the quality service customers have known since 1982”.
